What does a scan cost?
Scans start at $219 for properties up to 999 sq ft. Larger properties are quoted based on square footage, just reach out for a custom quote.
How accurate are the measurements?
Our Matterport Pro3 camera captures LiDAR data accurate to ±20mm at a 10-meter range. That holds up well for documentation, planning, and remote collaboration, precise enough for reliable floor plans and basic dimension checks. It isn't intended for tolerance-critical construction work.
How long does the scanning process take?
Most residential properties take 1-3 hours depending on size. We schedule scans after hours to minimize disruption to your day.
What if I need the link active longer than 6 months?
No problem. You can transfer the scan to your own Matterport account, or request extended storage through us.
Can I use the 3D tour for marketing materials?
Absolutely. Share the tour link on MLS listings, social media, websites, and email. We also provide high-resolution images for flyers and print.
What do I need to prepare before the scan?
We'll send a preparation checklist, but generally: tidy up spaces, secure pets, turn on all lights, and make sure every room is accessible.
Do you offer cancellations or rescheduling?
Yes. A $70 booking fee applies and is fully refundable if you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice.
